Simple scaling in numbers of participants
With a PRO license, as a standard host you have access to 100 participants. With a Business or Education license this can even be 300 participants per meeting. However, there may be activities, such as a town hall meeting or other event, where you'd like to invite more people. That's good, because Zoom has developed the so-called "Large Meetings" for just that purpose. There are 2 categories. You can choose to expand to 500 participants or to 1000 participants.
We at 4Webcom can arrange these extra participants and link them to your account. You can use the extra capacity for at least a month, or a whole year if necessary. The costs are € 50,- ex VAT per month for a capacity of 500 participants and € 90,- ex VAT for a capacity of 1000 participants for a month or more.
For larger numbers of participants, we recommend always choosing the gallery view. You will then see each participant on screen with audio and video. A maximum of 49 participants are simultaneously visible on your screen. With a click on the blue arrow you can see the next 49 participants. And so on. Zoom meetings from your own conference room
With the Cloud Room Connector (CRC) Zoom shows that the entire landscape of devices can participate in a Zoom meeting or webinar. The CRC solution is specifically designed to use your own existing or new conference room in Zoom. It is actually an extra port that links your system to Zoom. From Polycom, Lifesize to other brands, it is possible!
To use these conference rooms as host for a Zoom activity you need a CRC. We are happy to provide this extra service for you. From that moment on, you can Zoom from your own conference room. Do you have multiple rooms? No problem, we can extend your extra CRC as much as needed. From € 49,- ex VAT per month or € 490,- ex VAT per year you can have a CRC at your disposal. Need advice? The Zoom Room is a software based conference room that seamlessly integrates with the existing Zoom products. The plug and play conference room is already a hit in various countries.
